Ok, so my NE2 is in mid Dec. When I talked to a rep about a month ago, she told me I get $50 not $100. My plan is 39.99/month. I went on the site to read the terms of NE2. I understand that since it's not over $80, I only get the $50. BUT, I remember getting an email a while back stating that Verizon was changing the terms to the NE2 and that I wouldn't be effected b/c my contract started before a certain date. And b/c of that, I still qualified for the old terms, which was $100 credit for any plan over $39.
Any rep on here know what I'm talking about?
Thanks!

Yes, if your line has never used the NE2 credit promotion before then you should still qualify for the $100. Did you perhaps make any calling plan changes in recent months? The change may have automatically updated your discount to match your plan. I would call and have somebody research your account to verify if you still qualify for it.

The CSR's at Verizon don't always have the facts straight. I'd call again speak with a few. See what they give you.
