I just want to vent here a moment. I have jewel quest on my phone which i love and which suddenly stopped working. I have spent much time on the phone with t- mobile , they finally figured out it was something on their end. I have been told it would be fixed, in 24 hours , 5 days etc. Now they dont know and wont know and dont want me to call and ask because its not important enough to get to until they get around to it. I have been promised call backs, that dont happen, talked to supervisors, been lied to etc, etc, etc. I tried to call the coporate office today and got put bak to a rep that was super rude, overtalked me, talked down, and basically kept saying how sorry she was just as snotty as she could be. When my contract is up of course i will take my 3 contracts elsewhere. It should be called customer bullying and rude snot service. Does anyone know where i can just buy the game elsewhere without a monthly game fee. Just my game bak thats all i want, and when my contract is up a decent customer friendly company that has no reason to hide from customers. Thanks for listening

I work for T-Mobile.and like, we can see what you've downloaded so if you downloaded it off of tzones or something they most definetly could've resent it.

They can see that they have tried to send it several times. The link they send does not work, and the work order to have it fixed ( on their end) never gets done. Oh and what else hmmm Oh yes to make a long story short the latest story from t mobile is that their work orders go by priority of importance so since this does not affect many people they have no idea when it will get taken care of. Please you have no place trouble shooting here if you do not know the situation. My concern is that t mobile has lied several times and is incrdibly rude.

Actually you sound pretty rude yourself. I hope you kept your cool when you were on the phone because if you're a dick to us, we don't have to take it really. I don't see how someone could "lie" or anything like that over the phone. In my years of customer service with this company and that, if you say anything thats not true to the policies, rules, etc.you'll get told. So maybe its a string of bad luck with you, but I don't know. If they say something isn't working, something isn't working. No system is perfect.

I do not know where you can find the game, but I agree that the customer service at T-Mobile is very bad.

wow. i feel bad, so sorry for the situation. i work at the tmobile call center also, and personally, i honestly just want to give the best customer service. i have had people treat me like crap when i call in to make payments or ask questions about my accounts in the past, and i just truly hate it when people make me feel dumb or i just feel like they dont care! so now that i work there, i really just wanna be of help to everyone, most of my customers are so polite anyway, all they wana do is understand their bill or get help, i was trained to help, so. i just feel bad that there are still customers out there not getting the help they deserve! i just wanna say sorry in part of tmobile, and i wish you all the luck! even if it is just a game, i know how important it is to get that! if it has something to do with getting that game sent, our techs should figure out what has to be done to your phone to get that fixed, it shouldnt be our system. might be coverage. temporarily out or something, maybe one of our towers. not sure, but still. try talking directly to our techs. and get a rep id so when they say theyre guna do something, you have that rep id to back it up. icon_wink.gif

I just recently signed up with T-mobile (12/12/07) When our phones were sent to us they had the wrong area codes installed. The area codes were for Spokane WA - we live in Cincinnati. I have been calling from day one to get this corrected and still have had no luck. I even went in to the store and they just keep telling me the same thing. 24 hours, 72 hours, 2 to 7 days, etc. After all this time waiting for them to fix the problem, I have gone past the 14 days to return everything and go somewhere else. One of the phones I received does not hold a charge, after charging it all night, 20 minutes later it is dead. They sent me to one of their stores to have the phone and battery tested, though when I got there the store manager told me he did not know why they tell people that cause they don't do that. so now I'm going to have to call customer service again, wait 15 minutes on hold and hope they will help me. I cannot say anything bad about the customer service reps, they have tried to help me, I think the problem is a little higher up. BEWARE: I signed up for the Flex plan thru my company and because I am on the Family Flex plan, It's embarressing everytime I have to call in or go to a store. I get this " Oh you have the flex plan - let me transfer you to one of our other representatives" I was told by the store manager that it was a great opportunity for people like me to be able to have this phone service. I felt like saying what phone service? Well it is Dec 30th and I still have my Spokane WA phone number. They didn't forget to send my bill though. We have used 23 minutes (2 phones). I will have to pay them another 66.00 next week. Sorry, guess I had some venting to do myself.

I think you are quite right to complain about the service and the loss of your game. You should get what you paid for and these comments from some of these people are just plain stupid. It may be 'just a game' but What's next? Just a text message, or just an important number or whatever, it's still something that you lost that was included in your service and they should fix it.
