HaLo,
I'm using a 7250 here, and by the way, great forums !
Anyway, i have some great games here but i only have their achieve files, the JAR ones. Is there any simple methods to create such files, other than downloading NOKIA J2ME development suite...etc...
How bout notepad? Or maybe certain programs that can install games withour JAD files? MobiMB or Oxygen Phone Manager?
Thanks !!
MeL

i've edited some JAD files to get them onto my 7210... they are clear text files so you can definitely use notepad to create them. if you don't HAVE a jad file to start with, i'd recommend copying the jad file of another application and modifying it to fit. the most important field seems to be "MIDlet-Jar-URL:". Make sure the filename matches that of your JAR file.

Actually, i've found a REALLY cool program that can make 'new' JAD files...a pretty small one...But sadly, the website's down, and i'm not sure whether it'll be up anot.
So, anyone haf a web server i can upload to..? Pls understand, i prefer to upload to a server...so..thanks !
