i think thats when i ask him what his last name starts with. and what ever letter he says, let him know that currently we are screwing with customers devices and accounts with that last name currently at this time, but we will soon be moving on to the next one.

here is a real funny one.
The new ATT. now with the least dropped calls.
If this were true then half of my customers would not be calling in and asking why ever since ATT took over singular, they have more dropped calls then b4.
