Has anyone else had the problem when paying your bill at At&t online I put the info in from my bank Visa card as a credit transaction and the site switches it to a debit transaction.
I have had this happen 3 months in a row and they say they know of the probelm but are not fixing it yet-Its better for themas a debit and then I had this happen at my Nextel online payment site today.
Flipping how the payment is posted? Most people wouldn't notice but I use my points and follow up on postings with my bank. I receive Visa Extra Points for airline miles and I do not receive points if the payment posts as a debit vs credit! I have copied the payment site and shown them that I leave the box unchecked.This cannot be an honest way to post payments!
Just wondering if anyone else has had this happen?SHS

Well I think he's saying when he uses his visa debit card as a credit card he gets airline points, but he can't get mad at the system for flaging it as what it actually is
