RAZR MMS profile server setup - Exceeds maximum limit

can anyone help me set up pic messaging on my phone? i have a razr v3, i got t-zones to work but i get an error that says "exceeds maximum limit, cannot add new MMs profile server". can anyone help me set this up manually? ive called t-mobile and they are a bunch of idiots and cant help me, hopefully somone on here can.

What service do you have? Whether you can do this may depend on the level of service you have contracted for.

Was your V3 previously locked to another carrier?

i have t-mobile, and im not sure if my phone was locked for another service. i got it from ebay but it said it was unlocked.

Does it say cingular anywhere on the phone? There should be either a carrier name or motorola on the batter cover.

it doesnt say cingular or t-mobile or any other carrier. it does have the m for motorola on the back cover.

Ok, you need to get into the profile editor and there should be a number of different profiles there's. I bekieve you get there by going to messaging, menu, settings, and it should be there somewhere. You need to delete a few of the profiles so that you can add another one. Its beeen a while since I've used a motorola. If I'm wrong, look at the motorola forum. They will know for sure over there.
