How many of you at the center you work at have dual or even triple skills? Here in this center we have ATT orange and BCV. I do care, TDMA tech and transition coach for the newbs.

In Regina, we're Orange/BCV (though I'm not sure if they've phased out the BCV or not? Haven't heard much about it lately, and I'd heard something about just combining the queues a while back).
I'm part-time, so I'm strictly orange. And Dec. 5th is my last day, so I'm a happy camper.

tdma tech!? wow.i used to be blue gsm/tdma, but now it's straight up CDS. never did orange care at all.came straight from blue to here.

AUstin call center ,were basic care , but i get alot of agents who eiterh get overflow routed to me, or are just too lazy to call the agent queue.
I also do TOS ( just because i know how) it was basic training when i started

baton rouge = relocation, after hours tech, after hours customer care, after hours prepaid, iphone activation, what else? i can't remember.as far as i know we do everything but payment arrangements lol
