I payed in the store and not only am i still not getting service but my contacts are completely gone.What should i do?

I've never heard of contacts disapearing because of paying a bill. It takes about 3 hours for your payment to show up online. Did you pay it on the last day?

No the last day was the 9th. The payment still hasnt showed up online

I'd call customer care or check your balance online and see that a payment auctually went through.
