At present the phone will show the names of people on my Contacts list when I phone out, but I cannot get it to show the names of "known" people for incoming calls.
Can anyone help, please?
Thank you
Nick

That's what I figured, but complete search of the PDF Help only mentions allowing the caller's ID to be verbally spoken. There is no mention of having it being shown

Usually the problem arises when the phone number coming through on the call does not match the phone number in your address book. The number one cause for this issue is due to the fact you most likely have a number "1" in front of all your numbers in your address book. When the phone number comes through on the cell call, it does not include the number 1, hence your phone does not find a match in your address book. FYI there is no need for you to have a 1 in front of the numbers in your address book, this was used for exchange purposes on out going call with land line companies, cell companies and their technology do not require the 1.
So .
1 555 555 1212 does not match 555 555 1212.
Hope this helps kids
