Ringtone problem Sony Ericsson Z310a - Cannot play sound

I got this phone brand new a few days ago and purchased a ringtone. It worked when i got it, but now all it says is "Cannot play sound" and it plays something entirely different when i receive a call. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Im not aware if ringtones are supposed to expire or not.

Ok, i took a chance and purchased another ringtone and it says the same thing.
Those two say "Cannot play this sound" while all the others (that were already on the phone) will play.

Hi! I recently got this phone, and had the same problem. After calling Cingular (they had no clue) I decided to just delete some of the pre-installed ringtones. and then, my holiday miracle happened. the ringtones that I downloaded worked. There might be a storage-software issue. All you have to do is delete some (or all) of the pre-installed cheesy tones, and then you will have yours! Happy Holidays!
