We upgraded my daughter's phone to have a 200 text message plan monthly. The CSR indicated that it would be prorated, starting today, and the phone would have 6 messages per day through Dec 26. Question is, is that ~ 90 paid-for messages between TODAY and 12/26, or if my dd doesn't text at all in the next two weeks (LOL!) , then the ~90 messages could have been texted any time this month, say between 12/1 - 12/10. I.e., does the new plan start today as in literally 12/10/07, or is it 60% of the month.
Reason for asking (if this makes more sense) is, is there any point in having her freeze the texting for the next two weeks (to keep the # messages lower for the total month), or is that money from the 1st week of texting already spent?
Thank you!

if a plan was added mid month, then any text usage prior to the plan will be at the PPU cost (.15 for text sent/recived .25 for pics sent/recieved)
so the prorated amount is for what she has left from the day added to the end of the cycle
