I have had t-mobile for about a year always paid my bill etc etc. During the last cycle I got a bill for $442 for one month. Tons of overages. My job changed and I was using it alot for work. My bad I paid it. Then I changed
my plan from 1000 to 2500 minutes so this wouldn't happen again and went about my business. Now I get a bill for $868 dollars. It seems the change was never applied. And I've been using my phone as though I had 2500 minutes instead of 1000.
I told them what happened and they said they don't have any notes about the change and only have a record of a short call on November 1 when all this happened. I talked to a rep and a supervisor and they keep saying the same thing over and over . Since there are no notes about the change they can't do anything. I know I made the change and I know I had this conversation with them on November 1st. I never would have used my phone like this if I didn't think I had 2500 minutes.
They say "anyone could call and say they changed their plan if they don't like their bill" Well that's not what I'm doing and they're basically calling me a liar. Don't I get any consideration for always paying my bill and being a good customer? They're acting like it's impossible they made a mistake. I'm guessing they applied the change to someone else's account or something. I don't know. All I know is I made the change and they didn't put it through and now I have to pay?! What can I do? Thanks.

well first of all on every call you can take down there name initials and rep id#.always check your star codes for mins #646# and yes of course you pay your bills on time and been a customer for about a year but NO, not to be or sound rude, tmobile can't really do any if it didn't have a notation about it because it will show up in our system if you call in that day and made changes to the plan.and i am not saying you are lying but sometimes yes everyone can make mistakes but of course they can't put it on someones else acct because with tmobile you know every acct HAS TO BE VERIFIED or you will get fired.well sorry to hear about it but best of luck and sorry on tmobile behalf remember get the rep name and id# always helps
