I have 5000 Night and Weekend minutes.
Do Night and Weekend minutes cover long distance?
Do I get billed at all for using night and weekend minutes?
Are night and weekend minutes only for cingular to cingular?

Nights & Weekends (N&W hereon) minutes work the same as your regularly alloted minutes per month. If you have a national plan, then the N&W minutes are also national. If it is a regional plan, so are the N&W minutes.
You only get billed for your monthly rate and any overages of your regular minutes, overages of your N&W minutes or overages of data services.
N&W minutes are for calling any kind of number, AT&T, landline or other service provider.
Thanks for visiting Mobiledia, but please take some time to review your contract and take advantage of the free & fast information services that AT&T offers. Their website is a wonderful place to start.
Peace,
Jacob M.

I did check their website, but did not find the answer :/.
One more question, if I have a regional plan and make a long distance call using N+W minutes, I will be charged?

recheck your info Russ.
a quote.
"Free nationwide domestic long distance applies to calls that originate anywhere within the Region Calling Area and terminate within the 50 United States, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands "
LD is included as long as the phone is inside the regional area
ie a Boston phone within its region can call domestic long distance as applicable to the above. if that same Boston phone was roaming. no LD and roaming charges apply as well
