Okay when i try to back up my phone's firmware, the optiflash keeps saying wrong loaderfile. I tried setting the platform to P400, v208 neither works, nor does v200. According to the tutorial that is posted here, i don't have the option for Customer T1, v200.
Can anyone help me please?

I use windows xp sp1. I have a decent fast computer. so i don't think that is a problem. I tried a optiflash 3.3 version too but it only had loaderfiles for s300.
this sucks i'm having so much trouble when everyone else can do it so easily...

check optiflash settings, under "flash&verify" tab. in the "file to load or verify" box, make sure that this file is selected for v200/v205 phones:
sceptre3_sgh_hw4_v200.sre (this is the loader file)
i've had that error before and after selecting this file, it should work.

I'm running windows 98 se on my system and think i need optiflash 3.3 to backup & flash my phone but can't find the software anywhere. Does anyone have a link? Tried optiflash 3.7 but to to many errors and retries!!

Tried to backup phone using 4.12 but get to many retries again!
The log reads an error on line:
E86 crc mismatch : pc 0x6c90ce37! = mobile 0x6f656c90
E87 FL send Cnd (suck) : 13 (err_crc)
What does that mean???

try opti flash 3.7 it best version always worked for me

Optiflash 3.6 is known to work for most phones that no other version works for. The x426 has the same problem usually, and this version worked for me.
