I just received 5 new phones on my Verizon family plan, one of which is a LG Env which has lots of capabilities that I just don't need. I've not even opened the package or otherwise tried to activate the phone.
I notice a bunch of people selling these on Ebay, and would like to do so myself. My question: Does Verizon allow me to sell this phone without activating it myself? What potential problems will be buyer face in activating the phone (I wish to inform prospective buyers of any limitations).
A side question: If I fail to immediately activate any of the phones I have received, does that keep the clock running on my "New every 2" scheme? (i.e. if I wait 1 year to activate one of my phones, does that delay by 1 year the period of time before I can get a new phone on my plan?)
Thanks again, Merry Christmas to all!

If you recieved a discount off the retail price of the phones and you don't activate them, you will be charged back the full retail price after a certain amount of time. (30 days?).
Once you activate them (and agree to the T&C of a new agreement), you may then switch back to your old phone and sell the new one if you wish.
my best syggestion is to call customer service @ 800-922-0204 to verify what you agreed to when you ordered those phones because it sounds like you're unclear of that.
