Is it a cingular flash/flex? Is there any motorola retail one? Because my phone is locked after flashing. Thanks.

Do you short pin 13 and 14 for the v330 also?

Yes, stick a small paper clip between pin 13&14 then insert battery and then press power to turn on in boot loader mode
