i just got out of my contract the e.d.f. early disconnection fee nothing against at&t service but the razr v9 was a huge over priced piece of crap!i went through 8 of them trough warranty exchange and all were lousy is this why at&t dont insure this device? so they kindly waived the e.d.f. and now have the razr maxx ve at verizon and 100 bucks cheaper than v9 and has insurance ha! and is way better and coverage is awesume over at&t i noticed so anyone who is having issues with the v9 concider this quote

AT&T knows this phone has this problem from all the customers calling them on this, yes, they didn't make this phone, but they are selling it. They need to research their phones better and need to stand behind the idea of customer service. Why do you make up these lies?
ATT would ONLY know if Motorola reported it to us and it was listed in the Device Issues Log - it is NOT in regards to this specific issue - so if you're going to make up lies, leave the forums.

These forums are for opinions, thoughts and past experiences. I said that companies need to research the products better, and that when things like this happen, companies need to show some customer service skills to resolve. And since I read alot of your opinions and why you attack people, maybe you should leave the forums.
