I wish.
No, sadly there are no free ways, and even some of the pay ways don't have access to all of the numbers. Sorry

If the harassing calls continue you can always get your number changed. I know most people prefer to keep their phone number but if the calls are that bad it is one option

Too bad you can't get a robot dialer to automatically call the offending number on the hour, every hour. That could prevent extra prank calling, however possessing a robot dialer is illegal in the states if I am not mistaken.
Call Your Local Police, File A Complaint For Harrassment. they should do they rest. if they ask if you want to press charges, say yes. bring proof of the prank calls.

The proof could be difficult to come by, especially if the number doesn't show.

In the OP he states that they don't block thier number. so it should show up on his bill.

I see, so he should be able to hand his bill to the police. It may also be possible that there is a website that you can use to find out that sort of thing, but I have not researched it yet.

Being in the skiptracing business i know there is a way to track cell numbers, but it is not free, and the good ones cost big money. too bad i'm not a skiptracer any more
