Ok I am so overwhelmed with the info I have found that I have lost track of where to start. I have rsd lite 3.6 and it will connect to the phone but I do not know what flash to use.
Also if I try to use p2kman it cannot connect to the phone.
What I would like to do is get rig of the tcom browser stuff and use the one from my service provider.
Another strange thing, it is a phone from America (I am American but living in Germany) it works for calls and sms's but I cannot send pics. Also it apparently trys to report it's location to the original network via sms because I keep receiving the same sms from another provider saying my sms cannot be sent (sometimes 24 times in a row in about 30-45 seconds) and it does this every time I turn it on.
I would greatly appreciate any help that you all could give.

OK got p2kman to connect but I have not clue waht to do now. I have tried flashing monster packs but all fail in rsd lite. This continuosly recieving messages (fial to send) drives me nuts. There has got to be a way to just flash this thing to original from the factory plain jane specs. Someone please help. I need nothing fancy, just need the normal capabilities and get rid of the tmobile crap.
