I love the new Media Player software on SE phones, can't say when it was introduced but its really orangey and when you press down when in 'Now Playing' it slides up and shows you the playlist thats currently playing.
I was wondering if there was a way to upgrade/convert my Media Player to the new orange version? I'm using a V630i with the blue media player.

i think you're confusing some things, the "blue" media player you have on your phone is different than the "orange" one on the walkman phones.
there's a method you could try, it involves flashing your phone - since i don't believe your phone has that walkman media player, you'd have to flash it with software from a similar phone -- like when people convert the k750i/d750i to a w800i

Do you know how I can find out what phone has similar software to mine? So the buttons match up. or is that too much to hope for?

Well Ranjith, I'm pretty sure you're wrong. If what you say is, infact, true, then what in the name of all that is good and pure is Flashing?
