Seems like Sprint outsources to the Philipines, I thought it was just BoostMobile that had CSR's in Mexico.

Kind of sad about that too, the Mexicans do a much better job of speaking English the the Philipinos do.

I'd read that it was an MVNO, they do have a different Customer Care number, and I must say the help was much better from BoostMobile then Sprint . . .
