ok so i got a new phone recently and decided i did not like it, so i returned it to get the enV. i took off the UPC from the box and mailed it in for a rebate. now , one week later i find myself not liking this phone either, it just sounds like the other person is talking in a can.
anyways, i know this is asking alot but would i be able to return this env to get another phone?

Did you return the 1st phone within 30 days? If so and you got the enV. Have you tried to reprogram the phone? Try pressing *228 and press option 2 and try updating PRL, sometimes this helps. I believe the enV has a voice clairty option as well. If you still want to return the enV, as long as it is within 30 days, you can do that

They'll take it, but look for a $30 restocking fee (brother of mine works at a store)

well, it sounds like this is one of those "store by store" decisions then. It probably depends on the manager.
