I am completely stumped. Everytime I try and download a pic message it says Unable to Download please try again later. And when I try and send it says Unable to send.
Any ideas how to fix this? I can't find anything in the handbook.

Do you have any internet access feature on here?
I know that if it is blocked, no multimedia message (pics, video, im, etc) will go through at all.

I don't think that i have internet access. how do i get that? I just change from the RAZR (TMobile) and didn't have any of these issues with that phone! thanks for your help.
