I have ringtones etc in my multimedia/sounds directory, but lots of them are locked. Is there software I can use to unlock them ?

Phone Model:
If it's locked, ican unlock it. If you brick it, I can fix it

You can use PKtool, Motokit to chang the attrubut of those files to remove the lock

I have looked for a download but cant find a link for PKtool. Any ideas where I might be able to download it ?
