The latest international standard firmware version for the Z600 is R6C005. However, this might not be available in ur country. Hence, the other latest firmware is R5B001.

SE generally do not release update notes with respect to a particular firmware. This is the policy followed by most of the manufacturers. However, R6C005 has better BT connectivity. There was a problem with the pairing with some BT headsets. This has been improved.

The K700 is coming in a few days. Hence, if anyone gets a K700 before I do , please post the firmware version in ur phone. The same applies to the Z1010.

Hi all,
I've been reading all the postings in here and I've got a little question.. All these talking abt upgrading the firmware and all.. but where can I find this firmware? I would have thought SE keep these firmware very close to heart. It would be a blessing if I can get hold of the firmware and do the flashing myself.
I've been surfing ard on how to flash the phone and it seems very much application driven, i.e. all the u need is the flasher and vola.. phone flashed.. What kind of failure would I expect anyway?? Anyone can educate me please.. Thanks a mil
