Three questions:
- Is it always a good idea to update to the latest firmware?
- Is the firmware version listed for the T610 compatible w/ the T616?
- How do I make the upgrade?(if yes to 1 & 2)
Thanks oh noble and newest tech guru!

It's always a good idea to peridically keep updating the firmware. This resolves many issues like bugs taht were present in the previous versions. The firmware upgrade can be done at the local SE service center. BTW, is the last line to be taken with a pinch of salt???

The upgrade can be done using a flash adapter by yourself but the process is extremely risky and you will probably damage your phone. Hence, it is better to get the firmware upgrade done at the nearest service center.

Hi im kinda new here, i was wondering if these firmware additions actually add anything to the phones, not patch up bugs and stuff but add features? I know this sounds unlikely, but would it be possible to do something like add Java to the t300 with one of these? ridiculous im sure
thanks
