I have a problem with Motorola phone tools 4. i installed it but whenever i try to detect my phone, it says the phone can't be detected. i tried to do it manually but it didn't work either. i reinstalled the program and tried again but nothing changed. on my phone it says it is connected the whole time its plugged up to the computer. Can anyone help me? i'd appreciate it a lot.
*i have a Motorola razor v3xx (if you need to know). [/u]

if you are running vista MPT 4.0 wont work i just had that problem.

no i use windows xp and i somhow solved the problem only i'm not really sure how but it works now. thanks for tring anyways
