In my center we have monthly competitions between teams and the winning team receives receives a movie/pizza party. Individually, reps with high quality scores get entered into drawings for stuff like ipods and digital cameras. We also get free meal tickets, recognized parking, gas cards, etc.

But news of the lay-offs did seem to raise the morale of some from your center.

My center has drawings constantly. We get to play Deal or No Deal a lot, with the winner winning anything from $50 to 1 cent cash. Always a plus. We get certificates, and prizes, and recognition that sort of thing. It's actually pretty cool.
