WE have contests.
Most feature sales - we get PDAs and new phones (for me to sell, as I've won four over the past three months)
Top Team? We get a free $200 lunch for our team
Top Performer? Besides the cheesy award, we get a $25 gift card.

Tell me what your call center does to boost moral and keep churn low? (We have a 80% churn rate icon_sad.gif)

To reduce churn, stop selling Powersource/Hybrid phones. Even having the drawbacks explained to them, and we have a near 75% return rate.

Balloons?
We get a certificate for 100%.
We get balloons for perfect WAVE (orange), we used to get blue balloons for RTB, we also get gold balloons for customer compliments (my desk is about to fly away with all of mine). Yeah, I kiss customer's asses a lot, so what? I get $50 gift cards if I get a lot (which I do).
