To reduce churn, stop selling Powersource/Hybrid phones. Even having the drawbacks explained to them, and we have a near 75% return rate.

m o r a l ? we get a candy bar every now and then , Oh and they take away our free coffe , and cups, plates, utincels, but if we get a 100 on QA we were getting B a l o o n s but i guess they ran out because thats stopping

We get a certificate for 100%.
We get balloons for perfect WAVE (orange), we used to get blue balloons for RTB, we also get gold balloons for customer compliments (my desk is about to fly away with all of mine). Yeah, I kiss customer's asses a lot, so what? I get $50 gift cards if I get a lot (which I do).
