I was wondering if it was possible to change to Alltel's prepaid service with a Razr V3. On their site, it says its compatible with the V3a, so should I assume it works with the V3 as well? Or should I just go to the Alltel store and ask them. heh.

No, V3 is a GSM model, requires a sim card, with a sim card activation. Alltel uses CDMA technology, which does not use a sim card. V3 will not work with Alltel prepaid.
