So I need a blackberry an the pink one I love. I call up Verizon an try an upgrade, 250 when other sites offer there bb at $100 even the new ones. The basically tell me ok cancel your service sorry about your luck. I offered to upgrade from a one year to a two year plan an change to a more expensive plan an yet no luck !
Any suggestions on how to get them to the lower the price or should I keep complaining until they give in? Has anyone had luck getting a decent price phone from them for an upgrade that isn't a dinosaur ?

You must be mid-contract with your current phone. The upgrade prices are the way to get the device cheaper, and get an unlimited data plan. If you have an early upgrade eligible soon, and talk a sales rep into getting you the advanced data credit you can get the device at a better cost. If you're not eligible though you can't count on too much assistance.
