I think the problem is with the PC or the Cable
Check the following things :
1. Open device manager in your PC and check if your cable is listed under "Ports"
2. Check if the USB port you use is enabled in the system BIOS
3. Check if the cable is plugged in properly
4. Check if the Charging switch on the cable is turned on
5. Check for missing/broken contacts on the phone side of the cable or on the phone
If these things are allright and it doesnt work you'll have to take your phone to the Care Centre.
If You dont understand the above, please get someone to help you out in person.
Good Luck.

could somebody describe the lenght of dku-5 cable connection pins? My cable has 13 pins - in order: lslssslssssss (l: long s: short one).
Is it OK? 'cause my phone (3120) usually unable to recognise the cable and shows: Enhancement not supported. But (strange?) sometimes can. (?) I thought maybe I connect it with different movement and be carried out appropriate contact.
Thanx your advice in advance

Hi,
should my phone recognize dku-5 cable without connecting to PC? anyway if my phone shows "enhancement not supported", it means i rather buy an other one (genuine nokia)?

All ways to fix the problem that i found in this forum, not worked..
My cable:

M/N: SM-K5
MADE IN CHINA
device instance Id
