If I'm on freenights/weekends do incoming calls count? Or is it just calls you make?

free n&w is both incoming and out going.
unless
its international out. then its just the LD charge to that country
or
if you are outside the USA. then you are roaming

the OP wanted to know if calls in off peak were free incoming free out going or both.
