My husband received a few phone calls from another AT&T customer. They left VM's but none of these calls showed up on the call log in any way. How can this be happening? They called at least 4 different times and left VM messages and not one call showed up as an incoming phone call. I am confused.

On the bill. I don't know about the phone itself. this was over a period of 3 days and none of them showed. When i called ATT they could not explain it.

There is a feature on voice mail where you send a message to a person's box directly. The number wouldn't ring to the phone or show up on the bill because that person isn't actually calling, only sending a message.

It won't show up on your bill - plus, since Sept, all detailed calling history is going to be removed from the paper bill.

Turns out that he heard the phone ring and saw who the call was from and let it go to voicemail but none of these calls showed on the bill. Don't get how they were able to do this.
