I've not complaints with AT&T - they are the best among the three cell phone providers I've had experience with (T-Mobile, AT&T & Verizon). With the rise of myFaves & mycircle, I wonder if AT&T has any plans to incorporate a competitive service as well. I have no interest in switching to T-Mobile or Alltel (I'm sure I'd run into the coverage issues I had with T-Mobile in both cases), but I would switch to such a service within AT&T.
Do any of you who are representatives know of anything coming down the pike that you may tell us?
Respectfully,
Jacob M.

I Love when people compare coverage att and tmobile. att will be better because they are dual band. and the funny part is, verizon's coverage is much better than att nationwide and sprint has the best in the nation. also sprint has pick 5, but it is a retentions offer, a perk they give to loyal customers, along with discounts and other perks. do your providers do that?

when they are at the bottom of the barrel they have to.
all those promos that are out there have been tried in one form or another by most if not all carriers over the years.

Does it matter if he does? He's clearly unbiased.

i agree those sound mor like bribes not perks, the diff is a bribe is what you give to keep a cust that is not satisfied for some reson or another , a perk is somthing that you offer that noone else can offer, for example Rollover Min.

Ah It Makes Sense Now. Of Course Your Going To Be Full Of ATT Pride, Which Does Make Your Opinion Biased. The Difference About Me Is, I Don't Work For Any Telephone Company And Therefore My Opinions Come From Personal Experience As A Consumer, And Not From A HandBook My Supervisors Passed Me.
