My old lady has gotten extremely self conscience about her weight, and no matter how much I assure her it concerns me not, her self esteem has taken a serious beating. From there it snowballs.

Hey it is hard for woman when they put on weight.I usually am very not worried about weight but now that I am prego again.the weight & looks of yourself do alot to your mind & self esteem.all you can do is keep reassuring her.

ravish her to make her feel like she's a queen for a day. sensually touch her and offer to take her shopping for some cute negligee. she would appreciate it. tell her how beautiful she is. just for no reason. she will feel better about herself in time with little reminders.

No, she's not easily distracted, I've actually done all those things, but as long as she's big, she's gonna have an issue with herself. She's been big her whole life, but she's as big as she's ever been right now, and it bothers her.

well i'm sure she's beautiful none the less. The only thing I can suggest is both of you take the time together to do physical activities like walks, maybe go to a co -ed gym together, Help her by making a nice healthy meal together, get into cooking healthy "together" and constant reassurance that u love her. She'll come around. Try not to bring home things like chips, pop or anything like that. If u do get baked chips or those crispy minis they're like a chip but they're rice cakes but they are soooooooooo good. I recommend the sour cream and chives or dill. They ROCK! but yeah maybe do yoga too. once she gets into the groove of that she'll feel so much better, especially if you join her too cuz then she won't feel as bad because it shows her you care about both yours and her health and well being.

yes i definately agree.most of the time when you have someone helping & motivating you along the way but showing that they also care about the issue for themselves then it seems to be easier & make that person feel better in terms of not being alone.those times are hard but we always seem to get through them with alittle time & effort.I glad to hear that you are trying with her & trying to console her to make her feel better. That is awesome for someone to do that considering that it is on you too!

Well I'm old enough to realize that looks and to a certain degree size doesn't effect bedroom performance. Would I like her thinner, sure, do I really care one way or another, not really. It still turns me on when she's naked, and to me that is all that counts. Now as for yoga, not a chance, and she brings home more goodies then I do, I rarely drink pop anymore, at home, it's an occasional pop, and mostly water. I did read about this guy that made no changes to his daily routine, except playing wii sports for 30 minutes a day, and that is easy to do, because it is an interactive game, not just an exercise routine, and it doesn't matter how cold or wet it is outside. All I know is, I am in the worst shape of my life, and I'd like to be able to move around a little bit this spring and summer when we're playing paintball.

In about a week my new CCI Phantom Stock Class paintball gun will be arriving, now all I have to do is wait until May or June when it'll be warm enough to play.
