I bought a t-mobile unlocked razr and put in my cingular sim, tried my password and got a message "phone locked call service provider" who do I call? t-mobile or cingular? does this mean the phone was stolen and someone had it password protected? I'm not real up on cell phone stuff.help!

Does the phone read subsidy code? If it does, you didn't get an unlocked phone. You bought a locked phone. If you need help, PM me.
