I have a juke and this is how i found the driver for my usb cable and acessed internal phone memory.
First I downloaded Samsung Pc Studio 3 and got the appropriate drivers through the installation.
Then on my juke i went to setting and tools and entered #000000.
Then i went to MTP settings and pressed ok on "MSM"
This allows you to access internal memory
Note: change back to MTP if u want to use MP3 player storage
Then on bitpim you change the settting to Samsung SCH U470 and
connect.
You should have it up and working.
Bitpim explained half of this on the "HELP" section on the program
They just didnt explain where to get drivers.
If u want more info PM me

I just got Windows XP Professional. With my home edition, I could access my Samsung Juke Media right from "My Computer" but now, I plug in the phone with the USB cable and nothing shows up there. The only way to access it is through Windows Media Player and that won't let me play the files already on the phone. Can anyone tell me why this is happening?

I am disapointed that the Juke can not easily transfer picture or audio files to my PC and the audio files can not be used as ring tones. (yes the juke is an audio recorder) Is there a cheap and easy way of getting this to happen. Seems if you change the memory to MSM you have a chance of making it work. Lawrence Rhodes.
