i have this w300i but when i turn it on the menu didn't show up. but the battery display and signal show. i have used it for several days.
any information will be appreciated.

you need to get the software re-flashed, you can do this yoruself or through davinci or wontan, etc.

you can do it yourself with virtually no consequences - it's probably safer to do it yourself than with wontan or da vinci as long as you follow instructions.

that is specifically for w810i, but everything is the same, you just use files for w300i instead.
