Ok i have both phones Im 18 if that matters i cant pick between which phone to use i like them both equally

I think that you need to think which phone do you like better and go with that one. Each of those has its pros and cons, so the choice is going to be personal prefrence.

Okay. That's a tough choice but I would mostly recommend the T-Mobile Shadow. I have a friend that has a Shadow and she manages to get reception almost everywhere.
If you want something smaller go with the Samsung. It just won't get as good reception.
