Hi
I posted about a problem i'm having with my 6100 battery, thanks to all who replied . I contacted Nokia and they said I should go to a Nokia service point, my question is, do I need to take anything other than my phone with me?? My Club Nokia membership card (I hope not cos I don't have it yet, lol)?? The phone's box??, or do I just go along with my phone and explain the problem. I realise this probably seems a stupid question but i've never had to go before and I don't wanna get there only to be told I should have brought this, that or the other.
Thanks

You only need your phone and the sales slip.
The IMIE is printed on it so the people in the care centre know, that it's really your phone and it has warranty.

I don't have the sales slip, I bought the phone from o2 online, so I don't have one. Should I take the letters o2 sent me with the phone?

I'm guessing that any proof of purchase will do. so long, as you can prove to them that you actually bought the phone, then you should be ok.

Johnny is right, any letter from o2 with your IMEI on it is proof enough.
But they should have sent a kind of sales slip with the phone. Check the papers which had come with the cellphone (letters from o2).
