So i logged onto my online account with sprint which tells me my usage of minutes and texts
now this really doesnt matter too much since i have unlimited text messaging but it says that i have used 19 texts so far this month. Since my month restarted on the 20th i was able to see and am able to prove that i did not use 19 i used less so far. then today i tracked that i used a total of 23, i logged on and it said that i used 37 texts.
This error, again really inst crucial because i have unlimited messaging but its annoying because its leaving me with the "what the heck?!?" factor after checking my usage status
Does anyone know if there is an error in the machine or do you think my particular account is screwed up?

Usage can take up to 6 to 10 days to be reported accurately, that is why. You can blame MobileSpring for that.

Bump. What Is MobileSpring?
Hey guys I'm kind of a noob here but have been a sales manager for Sprint for over a year now. Here's a snippet on MobileSpring:
Established in 2000, and based in New York City, MobileSpring is a developer of messaging services that enable wireless carriers and other companies to profit from mobile messaging. MobileSpring's lead product - Metcalf Global Messaging (Metcalf GM) - was the first inter-carrier messaging system developed to address the unique demands of US carriers, having operated in live carrier networks since February 2001. By ensuring connectivity between disparate technologies, Metcalf GM allows wireless carriers to capture the full revenue potential of mobile messaging. With Metcalf GM, a carrier's subscriber can exchange text messages with other mobile phone users on virtually any digital network around the world by simply addressing the message to the recipient's phone number. Metcalf GM is a joint offering of MobileSpring and VeriSign, the largest outsource provider of advanced signaling and intelligent network services for the communications industry. Building on Metcalf's marketplace success, MobileSpring is extending messaging interoperability to include integration with third-party applications, including Web-based and enterprise-based Instant Messaging (IM) systems.
