Sony Ericsson T250i could not download picture message

my phone moodel is the t250i.

i can receive picture messages and sent them. But ive been sent apicture by another sony ericsson phone and the pictutre sent fine but when i get sent apicture from a LG shine phone it doesnt work, so i try retrieve and it stays downloading 0% then says "could not download" how do i get the picture(s)?

from another phone or from online?

if from another phone, try data cable to computer or bluetooth dongle to the computer.

if it's from online, you should contact your service provider.

the phone is to old to support usb for the pc.:S

what are you using to send it then infrared? bluetooth?

i dont need to get the pictures onto my pc

they just wont open on my phone

i thought you were saying send from one phone to another - you can do this with bluetooth and infrared.

if you are using phone A which has the pictures on it and they cannot be opened, then you probably will not be able to retrieve it.

if i try my sim card in adiffrent phone do you think this will work?

no - pictures are not saved on the sim card, they are saved either on phone internal memory or memory card.

your best bet would be send it to computer [maybe IR? or bluetooth?] then from ther eto your other phone.
