i'm one of the lucky ones. i'm only talking about a $25 overcharge. it was for myfaves minutes that they charged me for. i had made the change to myfaves on that day, then made a few calls to those people. but, i was billed for the calls on that first day only. i tried for 2 weeks thru e-mail and calling customer service, but just got run-around. they tried to say that i made the change after i made the calls. however, the bill does not show the time, just the date you change myfaves, so i couldn't prove it to them. but, i knew in my mind that i changed myfaves before calling these folks. it's the whole reason i was able to finally call them - because i knew the call would be free now! one rep even e-mailed me that the reason i was charged had to do with a time zone difference or something. after several e-mails and one phonecall, finally, someone said they'd have their supervisor call me. but she never did. i started researching and found several websites like this one where customers explain similar problems - and much worse than mine! and how t-mobile even tacked on late fees, disconnected their service then charged them to reconnect it, and early contract termination fees, etc. i figured that, for $25, it's not worth it to me to battle this any more, so I just paid it. but, i'm definitely going with another carrier when this contract is up. i guess i learned my lesson pretty cheap. which carrier is actually good about these kinds of things?

I do not have the myFaves plan, so I may be wrong, but I thought myFaves was could be changed monthly as opposed to on a whim. I guess I really do not know that plan's restrictions, sorry.
It saddens me to hear stories like yours because my customer service has always been great. Maybe, depending on the area, we get directed to different call centers and maybe the CSR's at your center really do suck. I say fight it! Haha.
