Motorola RAZR V3 unlesses on charge, says boot loader 08.26

someone help me please. my v3 razr phone will not work unless it is on charge and when it is on charge the screen comes on and just says boot loader 08.26. can someone tell me how to fix this problem

I have the same problem, powering up razr v3 shows boot loader screen. after 12 tries or so my phone will sometimes turn on. anyone know how to stop this? pulling the battery or turning on with * and # and then without doesn't help. inserting a usb cable in and then out doesn't either. HELP tim
