I have a sony ericsson z525, went someone call the phone don't ring, if i do the master reset, this can help if yes which one i do master setting or the master divice?

uhm probably not, you have to get the software fixed, if it's not a software problem then it's hardware.
you can fix the software yourself - see se-nse.net and then look up the xs++ flashing guide or you can have a company do it for you.
