I currently have t mobile and suncom serivce. I got a free upgrade motorola KZAR from suncom. I want to use it for my tmobile service but it is asking for a subsidy password. I am getting the run around from suncom and tmobile. Of course motorola told me they do not know the subsity password, so is there a way i can get the phone unlocked to use with my t mobile service?
If they are talking about an msl, master subsidy lock, your sol. msl's usually only appear on cdma phones. t mobile is gsm

Ask suncom again for that subsudy pass they should have it, Motorola have it but they will not give it to you because that would violate their contact with all the GSM carriers
