Hi all,
Ive just recently bought a new phone off ebay. Whilst turning on the phone it asks me to enter a password. Is there any code i can use to fix this or software? It is an organge phone, not sure if its unlocked but im on the orange network.
I'm guessing the firmware needs to be flashed?
The seller is not resonding to my emails
Any help will be greatly appreciated

no flashing is not needed for this, and it will also not work hehe since userpassword and locks are stored in eprom and not in flash
type *2767*2878# on the phone without a simcard inserted, wait till it's reboot, then power off and try with your card again.
in 99% this will solve the problem, if not you can get an data-cable and use the online client from UnlockSamsungOnline to get your phone unlocked
