Sony Ericsson W580i sent text message notification sound

hopefully somebody will be able to help me with this. i just bought the w580i. i really like the phone. one thing that does seem to bother me though, is that after i send a text message i do not hear any notification. any other phone that i have had before has always made some kind of sound. i am wondering if there is a way to change this? if you have a w580i do you hear a notification after you send a text message? or if its only mine? thanks.

Nope.None of the SE's I have use a 'sent' audible notification. Sucks huh?
