Hiya everyone, I'm a newbie. Well I was given a new mobile, a Samsung E250 for my birthday. The only problem is when I try to send mulitmedia messages with a picture of myself (which I took on the actual phone) and said it to my boyfriend, it says 'unknown subsriber'
I'm not good with phones at all, but does anybody know what this means? any help would be appreciated!

Your phone needs to setup properly with your service provider's MMS setting. If the phone is new, it could be that the MMS setting is not yet set. Call your service provider and see if they can provide any assistance on correctly setting the phone to use MMS.

I've tried several times to set up wap and mms settings. All no good. I've called at&t for help and got some help but not much because it is an imported unlocked phone. I'm just trying to get internet working first. If anyone has seen this before please let me know.

call them up and they should be able help you turn on the multimedia messaging feature
